Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Account

You can create a new password in just a few steps. First, go to our password recovery page and enter your emailadress which you have used to register. You will recieve an email in your inbox with a recovery link. Open it to create a new password.

You can register an account in just a few minutes. Go to our sign up page, which you can find in the upper right corner of our website. Click on the 'my account-icon' and a drop down menu appears. Here you can select 'sign up'.

Complete the registration by filling in the personal information and address fields. You have to accept our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before you can continu.

Congratulations, now you have succesfully created your Technotape Business Account!

You can change your account details any time. Make sure you are logged in to your account and go to your account overview (the page you directly  see  when you log in). At the left side you can navigate between the tabs we have listed below. All of them have options to change details or add extra information.

 

You are able to create a role account in your account settings. Follow this step-by-step walkthrough about how to set up a role account.

You can add or change a delivery and/or billing address in your account. If necessary, we have written a add addresses tutorial step by step how to do this.
