Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Delivery

Three delivery options are available:

  1. Pick up at Technotape: You can pick up the order at Technotape within opening hours after receiving a packing slip. This is a useful option if you live nearby or if you need the order quickly.

  2. Delivery: Technotape can send your order to the specified delivery address. Depending on the location, this can take several days to a week. Please note that delivery charges may apply.

  3. Own transport: if the delivery address is outside the BeNeLux or if you have special requirements for the delivery of your order, you can use your own transport (ExWorks) on request. Please contact Technotape to discuss the possibilities.

You can change your delivery addresses in your business account. A quick way to get to the right place is by simply clicking on this link. You may have to log in first. Choose between one of the options below. Make sure you also change the default address if you wish.

  • Edit address
  • Select address (easily switch between addresses for different orders)
  • Add address

If you need to make any changes in the future, please let us show you how to find the right location. There are two different ways:

  1. Go to your account > Click on the Addresses tab on the left side
  2. Open the drop-down menu by clicking on the account icon > Select the Addresses tab

Delivery costs depend on the volume of the product and shipping address. Costs will be quoted out prior to shipment.
Once your items have shipped, you will receive tracking details. If carrier has misplaced item, we can follow up with the carrier. Please feel free to reach out to your Sales Representative at Technotape.
Packages will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested by customer. Depending on location of recepient, this can take anywhere from 2 days up to 4 business days in mainland USA.
Always double check your delivered goods. If something is broken, incomplete or missing please contact us as soon as possible. It would help us when you provide us the best information you can:
  • Order number and company name
  • Take pictures of the products concerned
  • Product batch number(s)
Shipping is calculated based on location of the recipient, weight of product, and dimension of package. We then offer the various options to the recipient.
