What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing method where solid dye transforms directly into gas when exposed to heat and pressure bypassing the liquid phase. This chemical reaction allows the dye to bond with polyester fabrics or specially coated surfaces at a molecular level.
In practice, your design is printed on sublimation paper using sublimation ink. The paper is then pressed onto the blank product like a mug, textile, or aluminum panel using a heat press or oven. The heat turns the ink into gas, which embeds into the surface. The result is vivid, high-resolution prints that won’t peel, crack, or fade ideal for long-term use, even under heavy wear or frequent washing.

Why Choose for Sublimation?
Bright, long-lasting prints
Our sublimation method produces vibrant, permanent colors that won’t fade, peel, or crack over time.
Coated & polyester products
Sublimation works best on polyester or coated blanks, ensuring the ink becomes part of the surface permanently.
Quick production, minimal setup
With no screens or plates needed, sublimation is ideal for fast, small-batch, or on-demand production runs.
Custom and on-demand items
Create personalized or low-volume items with high detail - perfect for gifts, events, or branded products.
What Do You Need to Get Started?
1. Design Software
Every sublimation journey begins with a design. Use software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canvas, CorelDRAW, GIMP, or Sawgrass CreativeStudio to create or customize your artwork. This is where you set up colors, sizing, and layouts for the best possible print result.
2. Sublimation Printer
Once your design is ready, print it using a sublimation printer. We offer professional models from Sawgrass and Epson - trusted for their color accuracy and long-term reliability. Choose your printer based on the size and volume of your output.
3. Sublimation Paper & Ink
High-quality sublimation paper and sublimation ink are essential for transferring your design cleanly and vibrantly. Make sure to use compatible inks and paper for your printer to avoid issues and ensure long-lasting results.
4. Sublimation Blanks
These are the actual products you’ll personalize. All blanks must be made of polyester or have a special sublimation coating. Our range includes everything from mugs and photo tiles to puzzles, phone cases, and textiles - ready to sublimate.
5. Heat Press or Sublimation Oven
To transfer the printed design onto your blank, you’ll need heat and pressure. We offer a range of transfer presses (flat presses for photo tiles, pillows, etc.) and mug presses (for cylindrical items like mugs or bottles). For more advanced products, consider a sublimation oven that allows bulk production.
6. Printing Tools & Accessories
Improve your workflow with the right tools. Accessories like heat-resistant tape, heat gloves, wraps, and cleaning kits ensure safer handling and more consistent results throughout your production.
