Good to know before you register
For EU countries we verify your VAT number via VIES — an account can only be created with a valid VIES registration. For the Netherlands a VAT check isn’t required, but a KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number is. In Belgium, Germany and France you can also register without a valid VAT number; you’ll then pay the local VAT rate applicable in your country.

What details do I need to register?
- EU countries: we run a VIES check on your VAT number. An account can only be created with a valid VIES registration.
- Netherlands: a VAT check isn’t required — a valid KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number is.
- Belgium, Germany and France: you can also register without a valid VAT number; you’ll then pay the local VAT rate applicable in your country.
After registering you can order right away — no approval needed.
Can I update my company details after registration?
Yes — after registering your business account, you can update your company details at any time. This includes your contact information, delivery addresses, and other relevant data. Simply log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and make the necessary changes.
Why don’t I see volume prices?
Prices and volume discounts are visible once you’re logged in with your business account. No account yet? Register your company above — after that you’ll see your prices directly on every product page.
Can I have multiple users on one business account?
Yes — it’s possible to give multiple users access under the same company account. If you’d like to add colleagues or team members, simply contact our customer service with the email address, first name, and last name of the person you’d like to add. We’ll set up an additional login linked to your existing company profile.
