Once your representative activates the reward points system in your account, you can start saving points with every online order of sublimation items. Each product has a specific points value - the more you order, the more points you earn.

You can redeem your points in steps of 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, or 10,000 points. For each redemption, you’ll receive a coupon that can be applied during checkout. Every 1,000 points equals a value of €10.

Please note: this reward system is only available for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Yes, after registering your business account, you can update your company details at any time. This includes your contact information, delivery addresses, and other relevant data. Simply log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and make the necessary changes.

Yes, it’s possible to give multiple users access under the same company account. If you'd like to add colleagues or team members, simply contact our customer service with the email address, first name, and last name of the person you’d like to add. We’ll set up an additional login linked to your existing company profile.

Yes, if you’d like to receive a quote before placing your order, you can simply contact our customer service team. Please include the product(s), quantity, and your company details. We’ll get back to you with a custom offer based on your request.

Yes, we offer volume discounts for high-quantity orders. These discounts are typically applied for larger, wholesale-level quantities. We’re also gradually introducing quantity-based price tiers on selected products - so you can benefit from better pricing as you order more.

Each product page clearly displays its availability status. You may see:

• In stock: ready to ship from our warehouse
• Limited stock: only a few items left
• Ships upon restock: temporarily out of stock, but available for order
• Discontinued: no longer available

This way, you always know whether you can expect fast delivery or if you’ll need to wait.

Three delivery options are available:

1. Pick up at Technotape: You can pick up the order at Technotape within opening hours after receiving a packing slip. This is a useful option if you live nearby or if you need the order quickly. Please note: Q4 2025 this option is unavailable.
2. Delivery: Technotape can send your order to the specified delivery address. Depending on the location, this can take several days to a week. Please note that delivery charges may apply.
3. Own transport: If the delivery address is outside the BeNeLux or if you have special requirements for the delivery of your order, you can use your own transport (ExWorks) on request. Please contact Technotape to discuss the possibilities.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.

You can sublimate on any product made of polyester or with a special sublimation coating. Popular items include mugs, photo tiles, drinkware, mousepads, apparel, puzzles, and metal panels. It’s important to use blanks specifically made for sublimation to ensure the best results.

Common mistakes include:

• Ghosting caused by paper shifting during pressing - always secure with heat tape.
• Faded prints due to wrong temperature or pressure. Tip: you can see the temperature and pressure on the product page.
• Trying to sublimate on cotton - sublimation only works on polyester or coated surfaces.
• Using low-quality blanks with poor coating that affects results.

Ghosting occurs when your printed design looks doubled or blurry - usually caused by the transfer paper shifting during or after pressing. To prevent ghosting:

• Secure the transfer with heat‑resistant tape.
• Remove the item immediately after pressing to stop heat migration.
• Open the press smoothly to avoid air movement that can lift the paper.

Sublimation ink bonds with polyester fibers, not cotton. Because cotton doesn’t contain polyester molecules, the ink can’t permanently embed - it will simply wash out. For best results, use polyester fabrics or sublimation‑coated blanks designed for heat transfer.
