We believe in giving our customers clear, timely notice about upcoming changes to our pricing. Ongoing global instability, and its knock-on effects on the market, has continued to drive up the cost of raw materials and freight over the past year. To keep our full range available and in stock, a price increase is unfortunately necessary.
Most of our range will see new, higher base prices as of October 1, 2026. For our best-selling products, we're making a deliberate exception: we're holding off on that increase until January 1, 2027. Here's exactly what that means for you.
The changes at a glance
- Photo Lab Supplies: +10% on base prices, effective October 1, 2026
- All other products: +5% on base prices, effective October 1, 2026
- Best-selling products (AA items): +5% on base prices, effective January 1, 2027
Photo Lab Supplies: +10% from October 1, 2026
We're applying a 10% increase to base prices across our Photo Lab Supplies range, effective October 1, 2026.
This category is largely made up of consumables and supplies used daily in the production process at photo labs and other businesses across the professional photo and print industry — the kind of products that get reordered on a regular basis. It's also where costs have risen the most over the past year. To keep this range reliably available, this increase is necessary.
All other products: +5% from October 1, 2026
We're applying a 5% increase to base prices across the rest of our range — sublimation, UV printing, laser engraving — effective October 1, 2026.
Here too, higher costs for raw materials, production, and freight are affecting what we pay. We've absorbed as much of this as we reasonably could, but a modest price increase is now needed.
Best-selling products (AA items): +5% from January 1, 2027
We know how important the fourth quarter is. For many of our customers in the personalization industry, Q4 isn't just the busiest time of year — it's also when a large share of annual revenue gets made. That's exactly when you need to be able to count on stable pricing, whether it's for ongoing sales, quotes, promotions, or getting ready for the holiday season.
That's why we've decided to hold off on the base price increase for our best-selling products until January 1, 2027, rather than October 1, 2026. This is a deliberate choice on our part — we want to give our customers a bit more breathing room right when it matters most.
We're able to do this because we bought ahead on these items early and in volume. A large part of the stock we expect to need over the coming months is already sitting in our warehouse, secured at current buying costs. That stock position is what lets us offer this as a bit of extra service, without putting availability at risk.
The upshot: current base prices stay in place on our most popular products all the way through Q4. The 5% increase won't kick in until January 1, 2027.
