Ordering large quantities? You get personal contact with a dedicated account manager. This is where to go with large requests, volume agreements and quotes for large formats — with short lines and agreements that fit your planning. Our account managers work by region: your dedicated contact knows the requirements and wishes of your market.
Smaller question? Our customer service helps you quickly — usually within one business day.
Product managers & test team
Missing a product in our assortment? Our product managers and test team would love to hear your wishes and inspiration. We take every suggestion seriously — though that doesn’t mean we can act on all of them.
Good to know: new products come with a high minimum order quantity (MOQ) and a minimum term of 6 months.

Can’t handle it yourself, but still want to offer it?
Quantities too large, formats that don’t fit your printer, or products that would require different equipment — but you still want to serve your customer? We can help solve it: sometimes we produce it ourselves, and if we can’t, we do our best to connect you to a print partner in our network. Always white-label, under your name.

In our Experience Center in Baarn, the techniques stand side by side: sublimation, UV printing and laser engraving, with walls full of blanks and working machines. Our specialists show you everything, answer all your questions and advise on what fits your business — and depending on the product and machine, you can test yourself as well.
