A UV printer is a precision machine. A few components do their job every single print and slowly wear down with use. Swapping them on schedule is normal maintenance — not a repair — and it’s what keeps prints crisp, colours accurate and the printer reliable. Keeping the parts below in stock means a worn component never turns into a stopped production line.
Air Filter
During printing, a fine ink mist is released around the print area. The air filter captures that mist and keeps airflow around the carriage clean.
When it looks saturated or discoloured, or as part of routine servicing — a clogged filter lets mist settle where it shouldn’t.
Wiper Unit
The wiper cleans the print head between cycles, removing dried ink and debris so every nozzle keeps firing correctly.
When you see banding, missing nozzles or uneven coverage — a worn wiper can no longer clean the head properly.
