Our flatbed printer handles anything flat, including tiles, mousepads, puzzles, wood, metal and phone cases. For conical products like drink bottles we offer print-on-demand, since those need a dedicated rotary UV printer we don’t stock.

Why UV printing

One technique, no coating, no compromise.

UV printers lay ink directly onto the product and cure it instantly with ultraviolet light. The result is a durable, full-colour, slightly raised print on a wide range of materials.

No coating needed

Print directly onto bottles, tiles, wood, metal and more. No special pre-treated surface required.

Full CMYK + white

Print white ink as a base layer for vivid colour on dark, transparent or coloured substrates.

Cures instantly

UV LED lamps cure the ink the moment it’s laid down. No drying time, no heat transfer step.

These bottles are conical, so they can’t be printed on a flatbed like the V1000. You need a rotary UV printer made for round and conical objects. We don’t carry that printer ourselves, but the bottles are stocked as regular blanks and ready to ship to shops that already have one.
