Our most popular UV blank since launch: double-walled stainless steel, 500 ml / 17 oz, in ten colours. These bottles are conical, so they can’t be printed on a flatbed — they need a rotary UV printer.

Why UV printing — one technique, no coating, no compromise
UV printers lay ink directly onto the product and cure it instantly with ultraviolet light. The result is a durable, full-colour, slightly raised print — with no special pre-treatment. We print every technique ourselves in our test centre — everything you read here comes from our own UV printer.

Our A4 UV flatbed: compact enough for a single desk, capable enough for serious production. Puzzles, photo tiles, mousepads, wood blocks, metal cards, acrylic panels \u2014 if it fits on the bed, it can be printed on. CMYK plus white and varnish ink for matte or gloss finishes on dark or transparent materials. Genuine UltraChrome UV inks and maintenance parts (air filter, wiper unit) ship from our own stock via Maintenance & Parts.

Which materials can UV print on?
On glass, metal, wood, plastic and leather — virtually any flat or cylindrical surface, with no special coating required. Browse the full range of UV blanks.
Can UV print on dark products?
Yes — unlike sublimation, UV prints an opaque white layer along with the design, keeping colours vivid on black and dark materials too.
Is the print scratch-resistant?
Cured UV ink is wear-resistant; adding a varnish layer makes the result even more robust — tactile relief is possible too.
How much maintenance does a UV printer need?
A daily routine of a few minutes plus periodically replacing air filters and wipers — both available from stock in Maintenance & Parts.
When do I choose UV and when sublimation?
Sublimation for white/light polyester products in high volumes; UV for dark products, hard materials and relief. Not sure — our specialists are happy to advise.
Can I start small with UV?
Absolutely — start with our production service and only invest in your own printer once the volume justifies it.
