12oz sublimation mason jar

The mason jar is made of clear glass with a handle. You can close the mason jar with the supplied lid with straw. The glass has a transparent polymer coating which makes the mason jar suitable for sublimation.

The mason jar is ideal for drinking a cold drink on the go or outside. Quench your thirst with a fruity water or iced coffee. And the lid keeps your drink protected against particles from the outside or any insects. Once the mason jar is personalized you have a unique product!

Mug press temperature This temperature is based on our own mug press. Mug presses can heat differently, especially around the handle area. Start with this setting and adjust by around -10% or +10% if colours look too light, too dark or uneven.

Mug press time This time is tested for production on our own mug press. If the print is too light, add a few seconds. If the print looks blurred, brownish or overheated, reduce the time slightly.

Mug press pressure The mug should sit firmly in the press without moving. Light pressure closes easily and holds the mug in place. Medium pressure gives clear resistance. High pressure feels tight, but should not crack the mug, damage the coating or leave marks.

Oven temperature This temperature is based on our own sublimation oven. Oven results can vary because of airflow, batch size and product placement. If colours are too light, increase slightly. If the product shows heat stress or the print looks too dark, reduce slightly.

Oven time Oven time is based on a full batch in our own sublimation oven. If the oven is only half-filled, reduce the time. For example, 20 minutes can often become around 16 minutes. Keep product spacing consistent for stable airflow and repeatable results.
