You can fully sublimate this badge in Full-Color design. With this product you are guaranteed a long lasting product, because it is made of aluminum and the print is sublimated which means you can enjoy bright and vivid colors for a long time.
Specifications
This gloss white aluminium sublimation name badge is a practical blank for creating professional name badges, staff identification, event badges and personalised promotional items. The front side has a transparent polymer coating, making it suitable for full-colour sublimation with a flat heat press.
The white gloss finish provides a clean and bright base for logos, names, job titles, brand colours or custom designs. Because the design is transferred into the coating through sublimation, the result has a smooth finish and is suitable for long-term professional use.
The back side of the badge does not have the polyester coating used for sublimation, but can be used for laser engraving with suitable laser equipment and settings. This makes it possible to use one product for multiple finishing methods, or even combine both techniques by sublimating the front side and laser engraving the back side.
