⚠️ Important Update on Ceramic Kitchen & Tableware Products

The European Union has officially implemented higher import tariffs on ceramic kitchen and tableware products. This regulation affects the entire industry and impacts both suppliers and resellers across Europe. The full announcement can be reviewed via the official EU publication. Like many others in the market, we’re having to adapt quickly to these changes to keep supply chains running smoothly.

What This Means for Your Business

To avoid selling at unsustainable prices, we’ve taken several steps on the affected products. All impacted items on our webshop now display a clear message indicating the current situation. These products cannot be backordered at the moment. Additionally, a number of SKUs have temporarily been paused for purchase until new pricing is available. Our goal is to be transparent and help you plan ahead with as little disruption as possible.

EU Import Tariff Changes Notice

Price Adjustments Are Unavoidable

Due to the new import tariffs, we are unfortunately required to adjust the prices of our ceramic products. This isn’t a decision we take lightly, and we understand how important consistent pricing is for your business. The entire market is affected, and we’re doing our utmost to keep our offering competitive despite these external cost increases.

Our purchasing team continues to monitor the situation and seek the most efficient sourcing options. We expect to communicate the updated pricing by the end of this week and will ensure you receive full transparency as soon as the new prices are confirmed.

Stay Up to Date

We’ll keep you informed as soon as the new stock arrives, and we will announce final pricing updates and assortment options through our usual channels. If you have any questions or want to discuss alternatives for your assortment in the meantime, your account manager or our customer service team is ready to help.
