VersiFlex Extended Capacity Cartridge, Expander - Sawgrass SG1000
The 70?ml VersiFlex Expander cartridge is the powerhouse behind the VersiFlex system’s unique hybrid printing technology. It applies an invisible coating that binds CMY ink to natural materials like cotton, wood, and ceramics - no need for pre-treatment or polyester coating.
This cartridge enables “self-weeding” transfer results: only printed areas are applied during pressing, leaving no visible residue or unwanted film. It also ensures the longevity and wash resistance of the print, making it suitable for both textile and hard-surface personalization.
As part of the VersiFlex CMY + Expander lineup, the Expander replaces the traditional black ink function. It enhances contrast and bonding, letting CMY mixtures achieve black and dark tones naturally. Do not mix this cartridge with Sublijet UHD inks- each requires its own dedicated machine.
