This sublimation phone case for the iPhone XR is made of firm, white rubber. To personalize the phone case for your customer you can sublimate the supplied aluminum sheet insert. After sublimating, you can stick the sheet on the back of the case with the double-sided adhesive strip. It’s perfect! This way you deliver a solid and at the same time a beautiful protection for your customer’s new iPhone.

You can very easily and quickly sublimate this phone case using a flat heat press. During this sublimation process, the image does not form a layer on the product, but it becomes embedded into the coating. So, the sublimation technology ensures a scratch-resistant and durable result.

Please note: The above time, temperature, and pressure settings are based on our Mug Press with Heating Element for Standard Mugs 8-11oz, HPM.MUG.350.005. Set this mug press to a starting temperature of 165°C (329°F) and an ending temperature of 170°C (338°F). After placing the mug in the press, it takes 3.5 to 4.5 minutes for the heating element to reach the ending temperature. The press then counts down for 60 seconds.
