Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Return

Contact us quickly if something went wrong with the order. Or when a mistake was made. When the products leave technotape, the responsibility is transferred to the buyer. Of course, when something has gone wrong from our side we come up with a suitable solution.

Unfortunately, we do not take back goods that have been delivered according to the agreed conditions. We have exceptions for broken, incomplete or incorrectly delivered products. You can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via your business account. Log in and go to the orders tab to find the order with the desired items to be returned. Here you can change the status to apply for a RMA.
